  1. Sign in to myInvolvement (https://involvement.mcgill.ca). 
  2. In On the upper left-hand corner side of the screen, select the icon with the three (3) lines (Image Removed) to open up a new drop-down menu.
  3. In the drop-down menu, look for the selection titled My Organizations. In this section, you are looking for the name of the organization that you want.
  4. Once you find your organization, click on the settings icon (Image Removed) that appears beside its name.
  5. From the drop-down menu, select Events.

Theme

If your event is a workshop, select the “Learning” theme. If your event is a volunteer opportunity, select the “Service” theme. For all other themes, select an option that is applicable to the opportunity you are advertising.
