As a student you can ask for an official CCR by filling out an online application at this link. You must login log in with your McGill email address to submit the application form.
The form asks for your basic information (name and McGill e-mailemail) and the recipients/agencies you would like the official CCR to be sent to.
It is required to fill out a minimum of one (1) recipient/agency name and the recipient's email address. The application file number and application document submission deadline are optional fields. Maximum five recipients/agencies are allowed to be included on each form.
