About our Department

The Department of Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences in the Faculty of Science at McGill University undertakes a broad range of state-of-the-art research in meteorology and physical oceanography, including radar and remote sensing, atmospheric and oceanic chemistry, cloud physics, dynamics, oceanography, air-sea/snow/ice interactions, data assimilation and climate studies.
