Manage organization gallery

Target audience: Staff and student leaders who want to use myInvolvement to create and share photos of their events or activities.

Overview: Organizations can share photos of their events or activities by uploading them to their photo gallery.  Galleries can contain multiple photo albums highlighting different events or themes over the years. 



To create a photo album

  1. Go to your organization page and select   button found at the top-right corner of the page.
  2. Select  with your organization name, found at the top left corner of the page.
  3. Select  then .
  4. Enter an album name and description.
  5. Select the visibility to determine who can view your album.
    • The Public → Anyone can view the album.
    • Institution → Anyone signed into myInvolvement can view the album.
    • Organization → Only members of the organization can view the album.
    • Private → Only selected positions can view the album.
  6. Select  to add the album to your gallery.
     

To edit an album

  1. Select  to view your organization’s albums.
  2. Click on the album you want to edit and select 
  3. Change the album name, description, or visibility permissions.
  4. Select  to update the album with any changes.


To delete an album

  1. Select  to view your organization’s albums.
  2. Click on the album you want to delete.
  3. Select   in the right-hand corner of the screen.
  4. Select  if you are sure that you want to permanently delete the album.


To add photos to an album

  1. Select  to view your organization’s albums.
  2. Click on the album you want to edit and select .
  3. Select the  "drop file or click to upload" button located under the photos section.
  4. Select  to update the album with any changes.


To edit photo captions or album cover

  1. Select  and open the album containing the photo you want to edit.
  2. Hover over the photo you want to edit and select the  located in the bottom right-hand corner of each photo.
  3. Change photo caption, description or set the photo as the album cover.
  4. Select  to update the album with any changes.


To delete photos

  1. Select  and open the album containing the photo you want to delete.
  2. Click on the album you want to edit and select .
  3. Click on the  located in the bottom right-hand corner of each picture and select the delete button.
  4. Select  if you are sure that you want to permanently delete the picture.
